Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately at the applicable hourly or flat rate.
2. Payment Terms
- All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted.
- For larger projects, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final deliverables will not be transferred until full payment is received.
3. Revisions
- Website and software projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions.
- T-shirt design includes up to 2 mockup revisions.
- Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be subject to additional fees, assessed based on the nature and extent of the requested changes.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated timelines will be provided with the project quote. Deadlines may be adjusted based on client responsiveness, content delays, or scope changes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary assets, such as:
- Website content (text, images, login credentials)
- Shirt design input (logos, themes, copy, sizing, etc.)
- Approvals and timely feedback when requested
Delays in delivery of these items may result in adjusted timelines.
6. Travel & Mileage
Travel for in-person meetings, delivery, or on-site work will be billed at the current IRS mileage rate. Travel time beyond 30 minutes one-way may be billed at 50% of the hourly rate.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon final payment, completed website files, software builds, and designs become the client’s property.
- GrizzBuilt LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work (web, software, or apparel) in portfolios, promotions, or social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
- Any unused concepts or mockups remain the property of GrizzBuilt LLC.
8. T-Shirt Orders (If Applicable)
- Quotes are based on sizes, quantities, and print method selected.
- Changes in shirt sizes, colors, or design method after approval may affect cost.
- Custom shirt orders require full payment before production begins unless otherwise arranged.
9. Cancellation Policy
If the project is canceled by the client after work has begun:
- Any time or materials invested up to that point will be billed.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work is in progress.
10. Custom Software & Hardware Projects
This project may include the development of custom software tailored specifically to the client’s internal operations, along with the supply and configuration of dedicated hardware (such as a mini PC) for on-site system hosting. Due to the personalized and non-resalable nature of custom software and hardware setups, all fees associated with this project are non-refundable once development has commenced.
11. Support & Maintenance
This project includes initial setup, testing, and deployment of the custom system. Ongoing maintenance, updates, feature enhancements, or technical support are not included unless covered by a separate written agreement. Additional support may be billed at the applicable hourly or project rate.
GrizzBuilt LLC is not responsible for issues caused by third-party software updates, operating system changes, hardware failure, network issues, or unauthorized modifications.
12. Liability
GrizzBuilt LLC is not liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue resulting from site downtime, design errors, or delays outside of our control.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting an estimate, invoice, or initiating a project with GrizzBuilt LLC, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
